2. When Refunds May Be Approved
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
✅ A. Service Not Rendered
If payment was made but the shipment was not processed, scheduled, or dispatched due to our internal operational error, a full refund may be issued.
✅ B. Duplicate Payment
If a customer makes multiple payments for the same shipment, the excess payment will be refunded after verification.
✅ C. Cancellation Before Processing
If a shipment is cancelled before cargo pickup, documentation processing, or customs filing, a refund may be granted minus administrative, banking, or documentation fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
• Customs delays, inspections, or seizures
• Import/export license issues
• Incorrect documentation provided by the customer
• Prohibited or restricted goods
• Government regulations or policy changes
• Delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, ports, or third-party carriers
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, war, pandemics, natural disasters)
• Refusal of goods by receiver
All customs duties, taxes, and government charges are non-refundable once processed.

4. Lost or Damaged International Shipments
For international cargo:
• Claims must be submitted within 5–7 days of delivery.
• Customers must provide:
• Photos of damage
• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Tracking/reference number
Compensation is subject to:
• Declared shipment value
• Insurance coverage selected at booking
• International carrier liability limits
If insurance was not purchased, compensation is limited to the standard international carrier liability rules.

5. Customs & Cross-Border Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate commercial invoices
• Declaring correct shipment value
• Ensuring goods comply with destination country laws
We are not responsible for confiscation, penalties, or fines caused by misdeclaration or prohibited goods.

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
